LPoCF Christmas in July

 Hello all,

We are expecting Snow here today! A real Christmas in July or Yulefest here in the mountains outside Sydney... We are also entering our fourth week of lockdown due to the Delta variant getting out of hotel quarantine, only one person is allowed out to go to the supermarket each day... masks are mandatory except for whilst exercising and at home.... so the local tour operators won't be celebrating Yulefest for the second year running...

Today brings us to an all new challenge with my team mates over at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends and we are celebrating Christmas in July. I have used an image called Kitty and the Ornament from our sponsor Fred She Said who kindly gave the DT Five images to work with, our second sponsor is Fabrika Fantasy

I have made two cards to add to my stash of Christmas cards which is falling far behind my intended target... I have used the pre-coloured design on both cards. The first one is a 14cm square card with papers from Kaisercraft 'Letters to Santa', the second is using a freebie snippet of paper from a magazine cover.

What I used:-
White 14cm and 12.6x17.8cm (5x7") card blanks
White card for printing
Waffle Flower nesting 5x7" dies
MFT stamp set 'hand lettered holiday greetings'
Memory box sprig die
? Holly and berries die
Clear embossing ink
Gold embossing powder (+heat tool)
Wink of Stella on baubles
Kaisercraft 'Letters to Santa' paper pad
MFT Cross-stitched rectangle die

I would like to enter these cards in:-

Card1

Card 2

Thank you for looking in

Have a wonderful week...

Megan

P.S. A huge Thank you to my blogging friends and visitors who stop by and take the time to leave me a comment, I truly appreciate them all...

  1. BRRRR - we had a flurry pf snow a couple of weeks ago - we get snow in varying amounts about once in five years, so that's done now for a year or two :)
Sorry to hear about your restrictions - we are getting the delta strain at the border, but no community cases - thankfully.
Loving these sweet cats Megan, and you have made lovely cards with them :)
    Stay safe
    Blessings

  2. Two adorable cards with that sweet kitty. I hate that you are still on lockdown. This variant is causing a whole new wave of lockdowns and masks here too. My city isn't on lockdown but masks are starting to be worn again.
